Rifle-rated hard armor platesProtection

The 600 and 800 Series are multi-curve rifle plates made with Honeywell Spectra material and finished in a polyurethane-coated Cordura wrap, offered in shooter cut and SAPI cut. The 600 Series includes Level III+ and Level IV stand-alone plates; the 800 Series is HESCO Armor's lightest line, with Level III and III+ plates.

    Fast-Moving Units

    HESCO Armor designs the 800 Series for elite, fast-moving tactical units, using Honeywell Spectra to keep plates among the lightest in their class.

    Tactical Teams

    The 600 Series is built for comfort and ease of mobility, with lightweight plates engineered for tactical teams and fast-paced operations and a comfort design for longer wear.

    Law Enforcement and Military

    Both lines come in a law enforcement-style shooter cut and a military-style SAPI cut, in multi-curve torso shapes.

    Soft Armor Pairing

    LV variants such as the 3802LV, 3810LV and 3612LV are rated for use in conjunction with IIIA soft armor, while other models are stand-alone plates.
