The SA12 is a double-articulating swing arm that supports light and medium machine guns and pintles on vehicles, pedestals and guard towers. It has a travel lock and throw-lever friction locks, and is used with MSG's H24-12 mount for M240/M249-series weapons and the PKM-12 mount.

    Vehicle Weapon Mounting

    The SA12 is a double-articulating swing arm that supports light and medium machine guns and pintles attached to vehicles, pedestals and guard towers. It is used with the MSG H24-12 (M240/M249-series) and PKM-12 machine gun mounts.

    Engaging on the Move

    Adjustable friction screws let the gunner add drag to the arm, which MSG says helps engage moving targets or targets while the vehicle is on the move.

    Rapid Stowage

    An improved travel lock lets the operator quickly stow the gun mount in the swing arm and remove it again, and throw-lever friction locks lock the arm faster and with more force.
